| The Community Foundation of Northern Illinois is a nonprofit, endowed public charity that offers everyone a flexible, cost-effective way to give back to their community. Simply put, the Foundation is a pool of charitable dollars, provided by generous donors. The funds are prudently invested for growth and preservation as a way to provide permanent funding for community needs.
