In 2019, CFNIL branded its support for education in the region as Education Works. To deepen our understanding of the educational landscape in northern Illinois and become better grantmakers, we have hosted annual Education Works Summits, providing a space for a regional conversation about education. We believe that the return on investments in Education Works will grow with sharing and collaboration throughout the community.
For the third annual Summit we are excited to welcome Geoffrey Nagle, President and CEO of the Erikson Institute, and Jon Furr, Executive Director of the NIU Education Systems Center. Their presentations will focus on early childhood development and progress with education policy in illinois, respectively. Join fellow educators and community leaders from across the region for what promises to be a morning full of stimulating conversation.
So that we can be prepared with materials, breakfast, and lunch for all attendees, please RSVP!
