CFNIL augment policy allows donors to contribute additional funds each year to increase the award amount, but an equal contribution must be made to the fund principal. We recognize that your award amount may be smaller than you expected given the state of the stock market, so we are waiving the matching requirement this year. If you would like to increase the amount of the award in 2023 you can make an augmenting gift, but the additional gift to the endowment isn't required.

You must notify CFNIL of your intended augment amount (by completing this form) and send in any funds for an augment no later than December 31, 2022. Without notification from the you, CFNIL will award the Available to Spend Amount (rounded down to the closest $50 interval) in accordance with the original fund agreement. No augments or changes can be made after December 31.
